This weekend there was mild demolition and painting - nearly endless painting...Living room walls & the ceiling twice {Yuck! Because I always manage to get paint in my hair when I do the ceilings. Now when I look in the mirror, I think, "Is that a gray hair, or is that ceiling paint?"} We also removed the carpet & about a million staples and tacks to start the Hardwood floors. But before all that excitement could start, Mike had to lay the groundwork for his seemingly Wireless entertainment system.
It's actually quite impressive. All rewired and moved behind baseboard. Almost magically invisible.
One Anniversary gifted Smart TV mounted and operational, and 3/7 speaker wires ready to go. Not bad. I'm always impressed with Mike's Perfectly Balanced, not to mention cutting edge home improvements. {I picked a winner}
Here's a shot where I spilled the ceiling paint on the plywood flooring. It almost made a heart, for "I love this Remodel!" We're rounding into Month 3 where I hope to see what the heck are in all these boxes everywhere. Stay tuned.
